The value of training cannot be over-estimated. Well-trained staff are more productive, more efficient and less prone to making errors.

Well-targeted training will pay for itself many times over. This is especially true where computers are concerned - you have probably experienced the frustration of struggling for hours to find out how to carry out a simple procedure, only to eventually discover that the answer was so simple that someone who knew (or knew how to find out) could have showed you in seconds!

Whether individually or in groups, we can offer training and advice at most levels on a wide range of programs. Where several staff need training in the same skills, and time is a problem, the solution might be a short session to introduce them to a custom help-file that will act as a permanent personal tutor.

All trainers have formal teaching qualifications and teach or have taught IT skills in formal environments.
